- To construct , maintain , repair , improve and development work lands , houses ,bungalows ,flats , housing units , chalets , hotels , warehouses, stores , shopping complexes , offices , cinemas , playgrounds, sports centers, golf courses , health clubs , restaurants , swimming pools , amusement parks , gardens , reading rooms , reservoirs , roads , and any other type of building or convenience.
- To carry on the business of contractors ,engineers , builders , artisans ,designers , town and country planners ,landscapes , designers , surveyors , consultants , project mangers , property developers in relation to all types of building and structures , water pipelines , drainage systems , electricity and telecommunication network , roads ways and highways.
- To carry on the business of preparing quotations , tenders , contracts , request for proposal ,expression of interest for the government and private sector establishments for the purpose of securing projects on engineering ,building ,designing ,planning ,surveying , valuing ,consulting ,managing ,developing in relation to all types of building and structures , water pipelines , drainage systems , electricity and telecommunications networks ,road ways and highways ,property ,bridges but not limited to and providing estimate for same , supply of building materials and manual labour for any type of construction work and to manufacture , import ,hire and deal in any materials , plant and machinery , equipment ,vehicles and professional services required for all or any of the above mentioned specialized fields.
- Carry on the business of importing such raw materials ,ancillary materials , packing material , plant machinery and equipment as may be required for the manufacture or construction of all any of the above mentioned objectives.
